Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the Maderati USA website, its informational content, and its guided project inquiry experience.

Website information

The Maderati USA website provides informational content about custom wooden furniture, materials, process, collections, and project inquiries.

Website content should not be treated as a final quote, final project agreement, guaranteed timeline, or complete specification for a custom piece.

Custom project details

Custom furniture details are defined through direct communication. Dimensions, materials, finish direction, scope, timing, delivery expectations, and investment range should be clarified before a project is accepted.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a final quote, purchase, production commitment, or completed project agreement.

If a commercial warranty is offered, its terms must be documented in writing before the project is confirmed.

Use of website content

Text, imagery, design, and brand content on the site should be treated as Maderati USA content unless otherwise noted.

Visitors should not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content in a way that suggests ownership, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

No unsupported guarantees

The website does not set a single commercial warranty duration, coverage list, or remedy for every product or project.

Any project-specific warranty, limitation, cancellation, delivery, or dispute terms should be addressed through direct project communication and applicable project documents.

Commercial warranty terms

When a commercial warranty is offered, the written quote, proposal, order, contract, or equivalent project document must define its coverage, duration, start event or date, covered products and components, beneficiary where relevant, and applicable conditions before the project is confirmed.

These Terms provide the general framework; the written project documents define the specific commercial warranty terms.

Warranty information on a product page is a short informational summary and does not expand or override these Terms or the written project terms.

Care instructions guide maintenance and use; they do not independently create new warranty exclusions unless those exclusions are properly documented in the applicable policy or project terms.

This commercial warranty framework does not remove any rights or remedies that may be mandatory under applicable law.

Reporting and evaluating an issue

If an issue arises, report it promptly to projects@maderatiusa.com with an identifiable project or order reference, photos, and relevant details about the issue.

Maderati will review the issue in light of the project specifications, available documentation, delivery circumstances, use and care of the piece, and the possible cause.

Additional evidence may include video, a remote review, or a physical or site inspection when actually necessary.

Reporting an issue or starting a review does not itself mean a claim is accepted, a service visit is free, or a fixed response or resolution time applies.

Repair and other resolutions

For an issue that is confirmed and covered by the applicable written project terms, repair is the preferred approach when technically viable and appropriate.

If repair is not appropriate or viable, an alternative will be evaluated according to the circumstances and the written project agreement.

This framework does not promise automatic replacement or a refund for every project.

Where relevant, the project documents must state responsibility for repair costs, service visits, pickup, return delivery, local transport, international freight, customs, and other service or logistics expenses.

Those costs are not universally included in a commercial warranty.

Transport damage

When Maderati coordinates transport, damage discovered during or at delivery should be reported promptly with supporting evidence for review.

When the customer contracts transport directly, logistics damage is not automatically treated as a manufacturing defect attributable to Maderati.

In either case, the circumstances and project documentation will inform the review.

Materials, use, and care

Relevant natural material characteristics, intended use, and care requirements should be documented for the project.

Wood grain and color variation, knots, and mineral marks may be natural characteristics rather than defects when consistent with the material, finish, and characteristics agreed for the project.

Wood movement, checking or fissures, and humidity-related issues require an evaluation of their cause and are not automatically excluded from an applicable commercial warranty.

Normal wear, sunlight exposure or finish aging, upholstery staining or wear, misuse or abuse, improper cleaning, customer modifications, third-party repairs, and failure to follow applicable care guidance may affect a claim only when there is a relevant causal relationship to the reported issue.

Outdoor pieces are evaluated according to their specified use, material specification, applicable care instructions, and the actual cause of the issue.
