Oak forms the primary structure of the Palma Bed, providing warmth, strength, and visible natural grain throughout the canopy posts, rails, headboard, footboard, and side framing. The generous wood surfaces can be finished in lighter natural tones or deeper stains while preserving the texture and variation characteristic of the material.
Wood tone, finish, dimensions, and bed size can be customized according to the project. The height and proportions of the canopy structure may also be adapted while preserving the distinctive four-post composition, paneled headboard, and architectural character of the original design.
About the Design
Palma brings a strong architectural presence to the bedroom through its tall canopy structure and clean oak construction. Four extended posts form an open rectangular frame above the bed, while a broad double-panel headboard introduces warmth and visual weight below. The substantial footboard and subtly tapered legs balance the vertical proportions, giving the piece a composed character that feels both traditional and contemporary.
