The Helvender Bookcase explores open storage through a carefully composed intersection of horizontal and vertical oak elements. Four long shelf planes create generous space for books and objects, while two prominent uprights extend beyond the upper and lower edges of the shelving to establish a strong structural rhythm. Framed compartments positioned along the left side introduce subtle asymmetry and give the piece a more architectural character without compromising its open appearance. With no back panel or enclosed storage, Helvender remains visually light while offering a confident sculptural presence for private offices, libraries, studies, and contemporary residential interiors.
